杨迎辉,1982.09生,河南洛阳人,博士研究生、副教授,悉尼科技大学访问学者,bat365官网登录入口教师,硕士研究生导师。2008年毕业于东北大学,获理学硕士学位,2016年毕业于北京邮电大学,获军事学博士学位。2008年9月在bat365官网登录入口从事教学科研工作。
研究方向:量子信息。
